Following the Madoff Victim Fund’s extension of application deadline until April 30, 2014, Deminor is now offering investors who have not undertaken any action yet to make use of its claim filing services until March 20, 2014.
So far, close to 4,000 investors have made use of Deminor’s claim filing services. Deminor had set a deadline of January 10, 2014 for investors to enter into a contract with Deminor regarding the MVF claim filing process. Following the MVF’s extension of application deadline to April 30, 2014 from February 28, 2014 Deminor has opened a new round of registrations for its claim filing service. In order to make use of Deminor’s claim filing service, investors need to enter into a contract of services with Deminor on March 20, 2014 at the latest and provide Deminor with all supporting documents by March 31, 2014.
