Brussels is the location of Deminor's primary corporate office and where many of the group's corporate functions are based. The office primarily serves the Benelux region and France, in addition to playing a key role in many of Deminor's international litigation funding cases.

In addition, Deminor is a founder member of the European Litigation Funders Association (ELFA), with Charles Demoulin serving as an active board member. ELFA was established to serve as the European voice of the commercial litigation funding industry.

How to get to the Deminor Brussels office
Location
Deminor’s Brussels office is situated in the Petit Sablon and can be easily accessed via public or private transport.
Arriving by car:
If you wish to arrive by car, please follow directions to our office and then use the instructions below:
Entrance Location - the entrance is via street - Rue Joseph Stevens 13
To enter the garage:
Announce yourself at the doorphone; call DRS Belgium using the arrow buttons.
Take the ramp to the second floor; on your left, the parking spaces 221, 222, 223 and 224 are at your disposal (if these are not available, you can also park at places 225, 226, 227, 229, 230 or 231).
Once you have parked, please proceed to reception of the building:
Locate the nearest elevator and select -1 (Vers bureaux) and follow the signs for “Reception”
Please present yourself at the reception on the ground floor. They will then direct you to the lifts located on the right (16th to 26th floor) Select floor 19 for Deminor
Leaving the building / garage after your visit:
