Chambers and Partners Band 1 European Litigation Funder - in the latest rankings by Chambers and Partners for 2024, we were extremely proud to see Deminor firmly cement its position as a leading international litigation funder via its Band 1 ranking - read more here.

New website launched - Deminor also launched its new and completely updated website at the end of May.

Key Case Highlights

The ongoing lawsuit against H2O, Natixis, Caceis and KPMG saw a second wave of c. 3.000 additional claimants filing in Paris, bringing the total number to over 9,000 plaintiffs. We shall release more information via our company page soon.

In the last quarter, Deminor's Litigation and Arbitration team sponsored and spoke at several leading events, including the Inaugural IP Dealmakers European Edition event, the British Irish Commercial Bar Association (BICBA) conference and dinner, Open de Arbitraje 2024, various DIS40 events, Baltic Arbitration Days and Italian Arbitration Day.

In the APAC region, Deminor was proud to attend the Overseas Investment Economic and Trade Protection and Third-Party Funding Conference and ICCA 2024 in Hong Kong.

This quarter also saw Deminor featured in several leading Italian publications including Milano Finanza, Il Sole 24 Ore and Forbes Italia, shining the spotlight on key case and funding updates from the region.
